The readout reflects what we observed at the time. AI answers vary between runs and change over time, so it is a snapshot, not a permanent or complete record.

We do not control ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, Gemini, or any other third-party system, and we do not guarantee that any of them will mention or recommend your business, or that you will receive a particular result.

The AI-Readiness Setup and monitoring are provided under a separate written quote or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

Insights and other content are general information, not legal or professional advice. The site content, including the Machine-Readable Method and AI-Readiness Score (AIRS), belongs to us. You may quote short excerpts with a link back. Links to other sites are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for their content.

The site and the free check are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
